Job Description

Currently we are looking to hire office administrators who are comfortable working with our technicians and our clients.

The job entails providing fantastic customer care by building and maintaining great relationships not only with our customers but also with our technicians and the rest of the team members.

The perfect candidate must be able to work as a dispatch for our field staff and provide them with the support that they need and customer service representative over the phone to our clients.  That is why it is very important to have a good command of the English language. Strong spoken and written abilities will allow you to build strong relationships with our clients and our staff both in the field and in the office.

The perfect candidate must also have basic accounting skills and be very organized and keep track of expenses.

The perfect candidate must be comfortable with collecting money and providing our clients with accounting information as they require it.
